SENERA CARE

Frequently Asked Questions

What type of care does Senera Care provide?

Senera Care provides a range of care services for older adults and people who require support with daily living. This includes residential care, dementia care, respite care, palliative care, day care services and assisted living. The level of care is discussed and assessed carefully before admission so that the right support can be arranged.

Senera Care is a care group with homes operating under its umbrella. The Firs, Southampton is one of our homes, located at Locks Heath, Park Gate, Southampton. Another Senera Care home is also planned in a new area.

Our team will speak with the resident and family to understand the person’s care needs, health condition, daily routine, preferences and level of independence. A care assessment helps us recommend the most suitable support and prepare a personalised care plan.
